[blindeudora] getting eudora to read newly downloaded mail

Hi gang,
I am using version 6.1.1.1 and I used to be able to press the enter key
after my email was downloaded and then arrow up and down to the various
messages. Now for some reason it just says no selected item and I have to
press f6 several times before I can arrow through my email. I did have
trouble getting the graphics to read and did a lot of checking and
unchecking in the options to get it going and now the graphics read fine
but I have this other problem. Any ideas? I wish I knew what most of
those things mean that need checking or unchecking.
