Thanks Chris for the info. I never was sure how to get out of the
address list so I'm glad to find that out. If you do delete it from
your address book you think it's gone until you type the name in an
email and it shows up still. It is stored in the Eudora file under
base.toc and base.txt I believe and you have to delete it from there
to be completely rid of it. Thanks to all of you who helped me through that.

Hi bud,
Hit control L and your address book will come up down arrow through
the list of nicknames and when you hit delete on it the whole thing
will be removed from the address book.
control W will get you out and it will ask you
if you want to save changes. Say yes and you're done.

Hi Gang,
How do I delete an entry from the address list? I can delete the
nickname but that doesn't delete the actual address. I can't find
any list of names in the Eudora folder.
Thanks.
