[blindeudora] can I back up my eudora mailboxes

Hi all,
I got a cd burner for christmas. I have burned all the My document files
and some other text files.
I supposedly burned my eudora folder on to the cd. When I go to open it up
I get an error message that says permission is denied. it might be a read
only file or locked (13).
Is there anyway I can back this up. I store alot of info in my different
filtered mailboxes.
I am running win98 and eudora 5.1.
