the incoming server address will always send mail. its the out going that depends on all the settings being right. Another factor is if your isp sends relay. Witch means you can use other servers instead of your provider to send out all email. you can have the incoming what ever but with those the out going has to be the isp email server. Also make sure your security is set to if available use starttls. Some servers have a major fit when using ssl. to see if its your provider. Set the accounts up in outlook express. If both send and receive test messages. then its not you but is your provider and there nasty attempt of controlling what program you use for email. also check if you are using AVG it might of ben good once, but a recent update is locking out going email down everywhere.
