Pam, these are files that Sound forge uses to keep things like the peek
level of the file and other things that is needs to know. It means that
the files will open more quickly because Sound Forge is not having to
look for these things in the file each time. By the way, if you are
making a music CD of sound forge created files, these files will not
show up because they are not music files.

the folders with the files. What are these?
