Make sure the mic is unmuted in Adjust volume for playback, and stereo mix
is selected in the adjust volume for recording area. I fought that for quite
a while before I figured it out.

Subject: [bct] recording computer and voice

Hi all.
I can record from my mike and from the computer separately, but if the
stereo mix option is suppose to work like the what you hear, it doesn't! I
can't hear my mike through the headphones, and It's not being recorded
through gold wave. There is no mute option for the mike and I have mike
boost turned on.
Anyone got any other ideas as to how I can record my computer audio and
voice at the same time?
