Thats why I figured JFW would run on this new product since it is running Windows XP home or Pro.

JFW won't run on Windows Mobile. The Pac Mate sort of runs JFW in a new pocket version that was developed for it, but because of the limitations of Pocket PC, it isn't really a laptop replacement.

I reckon you could install JFW on it, but (he asks incedulously) why would you do that instead of, say, buying a similar off-the-shelf unit (yes, I've seen at least one that sounds similar, except it has XP *and* Windows mobile on it) and put JFW on *that*?
