The box is checked for start up.
I didn't figure that would make it download all the shows thoe.
Also I did the f 6 and changed the setings.
I left the box checked on startup.
It still did it.
I guess I will not have it check on start up.

  First, try going under the file menu, preferences, and on the general tab 
(which you should be on by default) see if:
  run a check for new podcasts when the application starts
  is checked.  And if so, uncheck this.

  Also you may want to try to use the catch up feature (under tools menu or 
press f6) and select the option to never download the old programs.  This 
should allow Juice to only download the most recent show in each subscribed

  Whats up with Juice?
  Everytime I start it up and it scans for feeds it downloads all the shows.
  I can't get it to stop doing it.
  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
