Lois,

Sometimes IPodder runs minimized and even when you alt-tab to see what's running, it doesn't show up because it's not maximized. Have you gone to the system tray to find it? If it says IPodder in the tray, you can press enter on it and that brings up a menu, one item of which is to open it. If it's running, it opens the program since it's already running.
