You would have to send it with yousendit.com though, unless it's 10 GB or 
under, you could send it directly.
As a matter of fact, it doesn't have to be a podcast.
Maybe a file that you want cleaned up from noise, or condensed?

        hey guys..  I was looking around on the ftp site (looking for the 
snowman cast,) when I noticed some zipped submissions.  I'm assuming that these 
are one or more parts to a cast that need to be put together and what not
