But, I didn't talk about daisy books produced by RFB&D.  These books are not
available to us in Canada. And as such, I have no interest in them.

The daisy specification itself is public. But the daisy books produced by
RFB&D are encrypted. Software written to decrypt these type of daisy books
would be illegal and that's what I meant.
