Pumpkin pudding sounds great just about now, except that I'm so stuffed from
Thanksgiving that I don't even want to think about food for at least a day
or so, LOL! I might go work it all off though in a couple of hours. I had
tons and tons of rich desserts.

Did you get around to cranberry sauce? That's the one thing I forgot; it's good for breakfast, though.
The pumpkin pudding turned out really good, so if anybody is brave enough, try it next year or some time during the holiday season this year. If you like spices, you might like this. The evaporated milk makes it firm enough that you might even be able to put it in a mold and it might hold its shape, but I don't know that for sure.
