Depends. The best thing to do is probably to look the phone up on the web and see for yourself what you like and if the accessibility features are good enough for you. That's what I would do.

If I were to get a cell phone, what would be the first step toward knowing that I was getting something that was at least basicly accessable? Would I go to a store and get a cell phone, or go through a provider like sprint, verizon, quest or whatever first?
