You'd first want to  think about what your spending limit is.  there is
great disparity there, with the LG phones for Verizon being on the low end.
Then, you'd need to decide how many features you want with the money you're
willing to spend.  That's a start for you, Pam.

If I were to get a cell phone, what would be the first step toward
knowing that I was getting something that was at least basicly
accessable? Would I go to a store and get a cell phone, or go through
a provider like sprint, verizon, quest or whatever first?
