I have text aloud, and yes, they do work great with Jaws, Window eyes Kurzweil and so on. i am using the australian English voice, karen. I love it love it love it. She does not have too much inflection, and is as clear as day once you get used to the accent.

The only problem is that these voices are tied to TextAloud. Although they
will work with anything that uses SAPI 4 or 5, from what I understand,
TextAloud has to be at least running in your systray for them to work. It
is some sort of licensing deal.
