Yup. Classic skins al the way, and full version, and remove what you dont'
want. The only thing I unchecked last time was winamp agent, and the emusic
stuff. I'm not sure what else I could have removed, but I didn't mess too
much with it. It's very easy to use so far, and I've had no problems.

hi. Actually the newer versions of JAWS will read the statuses, but earlier versions, I think below version 6 of JAWS will not read them. So if you have JAWS 6 or 7 you'll be fine.
Also definitely make sure that the modern skin support is not installed. You'll have nothing but headaches if it's there. so from the beginning, stay away from it. when you upgrade to the next version, it'll actually remember your settings. Man that Nullsoft installer is sure nice.

I usually just install the audio plugins but try to get rid of the visualization plugins, the Emusic subscriptions, and some of the other features like the built in podcatcher. I'm not sure if Jaws will read the status of the items in the list, but I think it might.

Well, there goes the recomendations for Winamp lite.
Guess the full version *really* is the best thing to use!
You won't notice any difference in the look or the feel, it just plays more file types. If you're using lite, I would definitely go to the full version.

I had to convert the .ogg file to .mp3 to play it; it was a bit over 9 minutes long.
I thought winamp would play .ogg files, but apparently my Lite version won't.
