[bct] Winamp Jump Commands

In winamp, you press control plus j to jump. This puts you in a dialog; it 
announces the total time in the file, and a lesser time which is where your 
current position is--minutes and seconds. You then type something like: 30 
colon 10 for 30 minutes ten seconds. Tab a couple times and press enter on OK 
or some such confirmation message, and you're there. To go back, for example if 
you are currently at 30 minutes, to go to 15 minutes just type 1 5 colon 0 0 
and you're at fifteen minutes. The format is like the way time is written out; 
I just put spaces in so your speech would read it. Here are three examples. 
It's supposed to look like: 30:05 30:00 30:10
