Hi Hope and all. One thing the technicians did mention was that the problem 
would take 24-72 hours to get completely fixed and if it isn't fixed by then, 
we are to call them.

    OK here's a test message to see if my server is back up for good, or at 
least for the time being. Two Comcast technicians were out here today and they 
went out back to do some things with the cable box. They said that the problems 
we were experiencing are due to the extreme cold.
