Some email servers can only accept files at less than 2 megs and other may
accept files as large as 10mb.
It varies on the provider. 
If the individual does not have an FTP client, this is an alternative way of
getting the file to the blind cool tech server.

instead of going through You-Send-It?  I would think that would be more
