I just talked with Dan and it is definitely the Windows version.  He
actually purchased it even though he had Sound Forge already, but it was
much less than finding the noise plug in by itself at $275.

Isn't that the mac version of SF though? For that price, one might have
to 
take a serious look if not for the noise reduction alone. I have an 
extremely noisy mic and audio that comes from the TV card so probably
could 
use it.
