Hi Mary.

I can't promise anything, but so far, APH has never charged for an
update to Studio Recorder, and it has been out for several years now.

    I am a little concerned about if the upgrades and official releases
will have to be purchased, or if registered users can get a discount. It
cost quite a bit to start with, and it could get a bit expensive if we
have to pay that much for upgrades every so often. But the positive side
is that it's so incredibly accessible and the people designing it use it
and love it as much as the rest of us. And, truth be told, Where else
can we get blind-friendly audio software! No place else, as far as I'm
