That's cause you're creating a loop back.  by doing that.

It's recording what your sound card is playing, well, obviously it's playing 
the other person talking, but then trying also to capture your input from your 
mike, so that is why because when the person says something, it's lopping it 
back to them.  That is why that sollution won't work, and plus, once Skype or 
Team talk or the liking is using your sound card, you can't get another program 
to take over it, if it's already in use.  Meaning, you couldn't get another 
program to take over it and try to record.
