Lynnette, It is too bad you can't do your thing, but better safe than
sorry.  The music I perform is copyrighted by yours truly.  The
arrangements of the songs and the performance are both mine and the
carols are all in the public domain.  So I won't have a problem.

I take it back.  I like life and can't afford to be sued by anyone.  It
was just a thought, albeit a crazy one.

That's really a shame, though!
I think it might be fine to send up music that you've performed, though.
