I never heard of that, but is seems like it wouldn't be that hard to confirm.

If I had the money, I'd go with one of the new PDA phones running MS Pocket. At least, I'd like to try it for a while.

Hi! Just a quick follow up. I called Cincinnati bell to find out if they
could order one of the accessible phone models for me, and they can't. The
tech I spoke with today, however, informed me that perhaps the sim card is
going bad. I'd think that it either works or doesn't, but what do I know?
Anyway, according to this tech, putting a sim card in an unlocked phone
supposedly does damage to the sim card. Does that make any sense to you?
If this is even half way correct, I guess I'm going to be forced to change
cell phone providers, which would really make life miserable. They way
things are now, my land line, cell phone and dsl line are all bundled on
one bill, so I'm saving money. If I'm forced to go to either Cingular or
Tmobile, that's going to be another, probably much higher bill. Anyway,
thanks for the suggestion. I'm thinking of looking for a nokia 6630 that I
can afford unless theres another model you recommend as better.
