hi Chris
It is accessible. Andre Louis, one of the biggest Teamtalk fans ever is on the list and I'm sure he'll be able to answer all your questions.

OK, so, already, can someone tell me what teamtalk is, is it accessible, and where to get it.

Hello, I run a system with 256 mb of ram and a 1.67 ghz processor aka amd 2000 and i find, when i'm activly using skype. it uses about 30 meggs of my systems ram, this is unexcusable, what voice application need to use that much ram?
Right now, currently, skype is just sitting there, and its at. uh, lets see, 11 meggs of ram on idle.
I think there's a problem here?
Teamtalk, my voice application of choice only uses one meg of memory with it activly working in the system tray.

Not to start a flame, and Im only gonna say this one time, and one time
only, as I do not wanna again, start an argument, but in all do respect,
Patrick, you have far more ram than I do, and I'm running and have been
running Skype with no problems as far as memory resources being hogged. I
don't wanna discourage people from trying it who haven't. As long as set
correctly and properly configured, it actually does wonders.

There is a known issue with this, actually.
If your IP address starts with a seven, for some reason it doesn't work.
Let's see.. According to the message header, you're on Verizon, and your
IP does indeed start with a seven.
So, there ya go...

I don't like Skype anyway. It's a bloated resource hog and then some.
