I never meant to imply any sort of conspiracy. I simply thought that
people should take due caution is all. People have had good
experiences with Skype for calling phone numbers here in the US, so I
am more inclined to try it.

All I can say is this list has more than it's share of misinformation! Sometimes all I can do is sit back and laugh. How about a conspiracy about how skype offers free phonecalls in exchange for web braille!
