Those of us who use Libsyn to do podcasts use Paypal. I set up an account with Paypal a year ago. You have to go through a lot to get your account validated; for example, to validate your bank account, they deposit a small amount in your account, then you have to sign on to a special Paypal web site and type in the amount they deposited (about ten cents or so). They do this twice. There are also security questions to specify in case you forget your password; there is a very long agreement to read; and there are graphics characters you have to type in to validate that it's really your computer (but you can download a sound file with these characters in it and listen to the file and then type them in.) You also have to verify your e-mail address with them, give your bank account's routing number and deposit account number (found at the bottom of one of your checks.) Then there is an option for adding a credit card number as a backup funding source in case something goes wrong with the regular bank account, which is your primary funding source. So there is a lot to go through if you want to be verified and confirmed with Paypal.

And with that, I am off to do my taxes.
