Thanks Mary. The mike info is helpful.
I do wish you could speed up the mp3s in the music file.
Can you speed them up if you put them in another folder? I'm betting the
answer is no.
It's nice to have all the storage room on the 320.

You cannot speed up files that have been sent to the music folder on
Olympus machines.
Adjusting the mic sensitivity from conference to dictation is quite
easy. Do the following:
1) Press the OK button and hold it till it beeps. OK is the button in
the center of the circle.
2) Press volume down once to get to mic sensitivity; volume down is six
o'clock position on the rim of the circle.
3) Press ok to select the mic sensitivity option.
4) Press volume down once to choose dictation mode. Note that if you are
in dictation, volume down will toggle to conference mode. It just
toggles between the two, depending on what you were in before you
5) Press OK to select what you chose.
6) Press stop to exit the menus.
