  Do you have access to the bookshare books on XP, especially the Annoyances 
and the Hacking XP book?

  Both have good info about doing an unattended installation plus how to burn a 
master XP CD complete with all those service packs and minor updates. Doing an 
unattended install from an XP CD that also auto-installs the over 100 MB of 
updates would be really super cool.
