Ah, Curt, that explains it. Thanks so much for that info. I couldn't imagine having a screen reader that didn't use the video chaining stuff in Windows XP. Now, understand that, if you have Windows 9X, you can use the thumb drive on any computer, regardless of the video chainging. Earlier versions of Windows didn't use that technology, so it doesn't apply in the case we're discussing. Again, thanks for the clarification!!!
