Try pressing f11 and see if things go back to normal.  If not, press alt+v
for the view menu,.  You will land on toolbars.  Right arrow, and make sure
the standard buttons and address bar are both checked in that menu.  If they
are not, you will have to press enter on them, one at a time.

I'm running JFW 7.0 and Internet Explorer 6.0.  I must have changed some 
settings somewhere, because I've lost some functionality I'd like to get 
back. Alt+d or Insert+a used to read the address bar on a web page.  I could

then select it and copy it into the clipboard.  These commands no longer 
work.  What can I do?
