Hi again Hope, Megan, and everyone else whose been away.  Hope, keep us 
up-to-date on your progress.  You will be in our thoughts.  I wish everyone 
well and hope all are feeling good and festive at this time of year.  The cold 
I spoke of in my cast keeps hanging on and it's getting old.  The seasonal mood 
crud is creeping in as well.  I will start using my full spectrum light 
tomorrow.  I'm very lucky to have a supportive family.  Well, I should go and 
rest, the combination of these things is tiring.  Jeff,

  I'm definitely glad to be back!  As for spending a holiday in the hospital, I 
can only be grateful it wasn't Christmas.  Thanksgiving was bad enough though.  
Thanks for the note about the Cd.  I'm glad you were able to get that 
transferred, and I'm also very glad you liked my music.  I can't wait to hear 
some more of yours if you submit any on future podcasts.

    Hope, glad you're back! Let's hope you don't have to spend any more 
holidays in the hospital! One of my relatives did, for a minor illness, and 
said it wasn't the choice place to be during a holiday especially.
