And why shouldn't people be able to translate to text for their own personal use if they don't have a means of directly reading brf files on a computer or note taker? If they're shutting it down to prevent this from happening, then it really angers me. It's inhibiting honest members, and those who are dishonestly sharing log in info will always find a way. So really, what's the point? It's just creating more grief for everyone involved.

Actually it's more like paranoia and severe anal retention. If you guys are
bored you can blame the whole thing on me because I'm the one who wrote the
backtranslation for nfttrans and it works very well if I do say so myself.
If NLS keeps going the way they're going, they are getting more and more
irrelevant. Sounds to me like they may need a new director, I don't think he
is comfortable with new technology.
