Subject: FW: Jaws/Eloquence crash anFw: [bct] h
Thank you for contacting Freedom Scientific technical Support. Try taking the steps below:
JAWS or MAGic 1. Download the following file and save it in an easily accessible folder on your hard drive; this is a Zip file so you will need WinZip or another application to unzip the file.
2. Using Windows Explorer, brows to the location to which you saved the Zip file and unzip it. 3. Copy the file you just unzipped to the folder to which you installed your product: - The default installation folder for JAWS 6.0 and later is C:\Program Files\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\6.xx. - MAGic and earlier versions of JAWS are installed in the root directory of your hard disk in a folder with the same name as the product by default. For example: C:\MAGic930, C:\JAWS510, and so on. 4. If Windows asks you whether you want to overwrite the existing file when you copy the dictionary file into the program folder, choose Yes. 5. After adding this file, restart the program and the problem will no longer occur.

Do you have any additional information about the fix for Eloquence that stops it from crashing when getting a message with the following words?
