Subject: [bct] Filing an F B I Complaint

Each of us has the right to file a complaint with the FBI regarding this
criminal activity. You can go to the
FBI web site at www.FBI.gov and you will find a link near the top entitle
"filing and internet complaint". You can file the complaint on-line.
According to the web site, : "Internet crime is defined as any illegal
activity involving one or more components of the Internet, such as websites,
chat rooms, and/or email. Internet crime involves the use of the Internet to
communicate false or fraudulent representations to consumers. These crimes
may include, but are not limited to, advance-fee schemes, non-delivery of
goods or services, computer hacking, or employment/business opportunity
schemes." The conduct on this list comes under this definition and you
should seriously consider filing such a complaint.
