Hi Shane,
I, too, edit my files in Sound forge--whether mp3 or wav. Perhaps a Studio
Recorder thing.

Howdy, Larry and all. Larry, I am listening to your latest podcast on
digital recorders, and you state that you have to convert an mp3 file to a
wave file before you can edit it. I don't understand this one, as I always
edit my mp3 files directly in SoundForge and just hit the save option. Am I
missing something here? I think you can do the same thing in Goldwave and
Total Recorder. I could be wrong about Total Recorder because I don't use
it. Thanks so much for the excellent work, as always!!! I like the sound
of the MicroTrack.
