Buddy, the amount of cinnamon needed to gain any effect is about a
tablespoon a day. It does seem to work for some, not all. That's the
problem with all of the supplements that seem to work for type two
diabetes, they usually only work for a few people. The reason for this is
that there are actually a host of diseases that are called type two
diabetes, hence, one type may respond well to cinnamon or chromium
picolonate, and other kinds may not respond to those at all.
