We have a Tuesher chocolate store right on Fifth Avenue at the entrance to Rockefeller Center. I've always wanted to go in. Perhaps this year will be the year I do.

Just ordered for Valentine's Day what I consider to be some of the best truffles in the world. They are made by Teuscher of Switzerland. Unbelievably creamy - especially the champagne ones. Unfortunately, they are also high up in calorie counts!

My guess is that heat is used to seamlessly bond the outer coating--and I wonder what that is made of? I heard that M and Ms were invented for soldiers, so their hands would not get messy while fighting. Too bad chocolate couldn't be passed around to everyone and fighting would stop. Chocolate forever! Yes, we want a chocolate podcast! Beth
