We have a Tuesher chocolate store right on Fifth Avenue at the entrance to Rockefeller Center. I've always wanted to go in. Perhaps this year will be the year I do.

Just ordered for Valentine's Day what I consider to be some of the best
truffles in the world.  They are made by Teuscher of Switzerland.
Unbelievably creamy - especially the champagne ones.  Unfortunately, they
are also high up in calorie counts!

My guess is that heat is used to seamlessly bond the outer coating--and I
wonder what that is made of?  I heard that M and Ms were invented for
soldiers, so their hands would not get messy while fighting.  Too bad
chocolate couldn't be passed around to everyone and fighting would stop.
