Stab in the dark,
But if you create a shortcut, can it not be set within the properties of that shortcut?

I know shortcuts in general offer a lot of options (shortcut keys, Window State, compatibility mode etc).

HI all,

Do you know how to set the CPU priority of program?
When I do it using task manager it isn't permanent.
