There are two asteriscs to point to the 2nd footnote which provides the info
about the user name and password. I can get rid them if we need to.

Subject: [bct] Asterisks in the BCT ftp site address
Larry, why does the BCT FTP site address have two asterisks on the end of it? If I don't delete them when I paste the url into my browser, I never get to the site. Delete them, and I am there.

Hi If you'd like to log in using FTP Explorer, just remove the bct@ from the address and log in that way. so instead the address would look like
skular.onlinestoragesolution.com User name: bct Password is submit
