Here is what I just did.
1. Go to http://jamiepauls.libsyn.com

2. Read down the page until you get to the direct download which is awp3.mp3

3. When I pressed enter on the file name, a plug in window tried to open, so
instead I placed the Jaws cursor on the file name and right-clicked on the
numpad. At that point I was able to save target as. Hope this helps.

Jamie, I don't want to subscribe, I simply want to download the MP3 file,
but when I click on the enclosure url

I get an error message.  How can I download a simple MP3 file without
subscribing?  Thanks.
