You could have gotten a Nokia 6620 from Cingular, but you have to get it
through their disabilities department.  The Nokia 6620 isn't sold by their
regular customer service people.  The phone number for the disabilities
department is 866-241-6568.

When I renewed with singular I got a Motorola V3 razor.
They didn't have any accessible phones that would work with the accessible
