Get a small box fan, that is to say flat that could go into the
window. You might need to put a hook to hang it from to keep it
there. Put it in so that it is blowing air out the window, and it
will act as an exhaust fan without taking up any counter space. It
will draw fresh air from the rest of the house. You can torment the
neighbors who wish they were invited to dinner.
