Since I'm in California, if I had not set my blog clock time to local time, when I post at 10:00pm it would appear as 3:00am on the next day. So, you need to find that setting and adjust the clock. In my case, again being in California or pacific time, my clock is set to "-07:00". If I were in New York or Eastern time if would read: "-10:00". I hope this helps.
