The best way to do that is to mark them using the space bar to skip.

Hi all,
 
    I just reinstalled ipodder 2.1 and have a problem.  I installed the
program and put all of my feeds back in to get the lattest podcasts.  I have
a problem with a feed because they keep all of there past podcasts.  How do
I just have it update the lattest feeds and not all 285 podcasts which are
about an hour long?  help,
