Ah, maybe I'll download it then and try it. I was just scared when I heard that demo, and the audio studdered once in awhile.

I'm scared to download this Juice receiver thing for a bit because of what I heard on some podcast demoing it. Does this cause audio to commonly studder? What is it about applications that don't even use the sound card that causes all system audio to studder like mad to an almost intolerable level? When I experienced studdering here, it was on my old system using a program called RSS Radio (the only podcatcher I knew of for 98). That was on an SB Live Value, that's the real reason I went with turtle beach now. Jaws doesn't sound quite as bright, but the other stuff sounds a lot better. If I upgrade to juice, will I likely get studder along with it? I think speech always had a sort of shaky popping sound occasionally on the SB card that some apps would make all audio struggle to get out.
