Darrell, I can't answer anything about the Olympus l-10 at this point, since it hasn't been released yet. I can tell you that it is supposed to be roughly retailing for $399.00 US, similar to the Edirol R-09. it has a wind screen, simple navigation keys, supposedly separate recording and erase keys. I am trying to convert the manual for the L-10, but it may be password protected and I can only look at one page at a time and it won't convert to text with Adobe 8.

Hi Gary, What is special about the L-10? Does it have any of the accessibility features of the DS series?----- Original Message ----- From: "Gary G Schindler" <garys5462@xxxxxxxxxxx>To: <blindcasting@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, February 04, 2008 4:53 PM Subject: Re: Portable Recorders I use the R-09 from Edyrol and have a BS-2 from Olympus, coupled with a decent stereo mic that works well. I may at some point wait to check out the new Olympus L-10 insstead of buying one of the ds-50 recorders.----- Original Message ----- From: "Shane D" <chatter8712@xxxxxxxxx>To: <blindcasting@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, February 04, 2008 12:57 PM Subject: Portable RecordersHello All, I am a blind podcaster and internet radio host.
