  wow!  I did it again!  Another podcast is born and it's working!  I'm

  In this podcast, I interviewed certified Laughter Therapist Gail Choate about 
ways we can all have more laughter and joy in our lives.
  And, I cooked one night and recorded a scrumptious meal on the Iriver.  Wish

all of his podcasts.  His intro message was very short, but there are some 12 
or 13 other podcasts which go into further details of his tutorial.  HOpe this
