Hey, Scott.  I understand this very well.  Smile.  The problem with these
units is this:  From the factory, they are not UMS units, therefore, the
original software is required in order to get the UMS software onto the
players.  That's why Deb has to install the software just for a little
while.  As you have stated, after she upgrades the firmware, she can throw
away that ridiculous CD.
