Thank you Jerry. Discussion is now off topic as to the validity of PMN in
reference to this download. I think enough has been said. We should all be
grateful that Jerry has allowed this in the first place <grin>.

Thanks Everyone, now back to your regularly scheduled podcasting discussions

Ladies and gentlemen,

PMN went through the trouble of creating a legal document concerning the use
of music which is offered at the Podsafe Music Network. I feel comfortable
with the terms that they've established. Rather than re-inventing the wheel,
I thought it would make sense to simply have blind podcasters sign up with
PMN, agree to the terms and I would allow Jeff to supply the download for
use in podcasts. Now, not having gone through the process as a podcaster, I
didn't know that the actual sign-up process is inaccessible. It's totally
accessible for the artist sign-up. However, I have to say that the terms of
the agreement are clearly readable before the acutal sign-up process.

We all know that PMN needs to address the issue of accessibility and,
naturally, I want blind podcasters to have access to the song. That's the
reason why I agreed to Jeff's request. Let's not make this a bigger issue
than it needs to be. The download is available in accordance with the terms
in the PMN agreement. If you're registered, fine. If you're not registered,
fine, but make sure you read and agree with the terms. the only requirement
beyond that is that you be a podcaster in order to download a copy.

Let's keep the discussion of PMN accessibility separate from this download.
I think we've made the necessary accommodation here.
